At Ella Jewellery, we stand by the quality of our pieces. That’s why every purchase comes with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and significant colour issues.
What’s Covered:
- Manufacturing defects, including damage or breakage.
- Significant gold or silver colour issues (approved claims qualify for a replacement or store credit).
What’s Not Covered:
- Lost jewellery.
- Pearl discolouration.
- Normal wear and tear, including minor damage.
- Damage from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals.
- Severe oxidation due to high pH skin levels.
- Mystery products and free gifts.
Warranty Claims & Process
If you experience a gold or silver colour issue, you may submit a claim at any time. Once approved, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or store credit (gifted jewellery is eligible for store credit only).
Important Notes:
- Store credit is calculated based on the original discount applied to the order.
- Keep all previously damaged items for future warranty claims.
- Items must have been purchased directly from byellajewellery.com.
- Ella Jewellery reserves the right to deny any claim.

- Your current shipping address.
- Your order number.
- The item that is damaged.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence.
