Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifted items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, including any gift packaging received.
Return Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for:
- Paying for return shipping
- Providing a tracking number as proof of return
Refunds
Once we receive and approve the return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are calculated based on the promotional discount applied to the order.
- It may take 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We offer store credit for exchanges. Once your return is approved, we will issue a personalised store credit code. All exchanges are final.

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- For gift exchanges, provide the full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number of the original purchaser.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@byellajewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will assess the case and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
